    Our 5 year non status commercial mortgages are available on an interest only basis to private individuals, companies, sole traders and partnerships. Applications can be made without the need for proof of personal income, guarantors, detailed accounts or personal guarantees. Cases with a history of adverse credit and discharged bankruptcy are accepted.

    We provide non status commercial mortgages up to and including 70% of the property value for virtually any high yielding property type including Houses and Flats, HMO’s, Pubs, Hotels, Shops, Commercial & Industrial units,  Guest Houses, small Hotels and Bed & Breakfasts. Properties must be let on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy or subject to a suitable lease on commercial terms.

    An arrangement fee and legal costs are payable, these costs can be added to the loan. Monthly interest payments are required on the last working day of the month. Interest payments should be derived from rental income produced by the Property or customer portfolio.
